We built our Sierra Homes house from January 2017 through September 2017. The process started in June of 2016 where Sierra Homes Design & Sales Associate, Tamarah Kronaizl helped with the sale of our current home. From June 2016 through January 2017, Sierra Homes Owner and Builder, Matt Kronaizl was in constant contact/communication throughout the floor plan design. They dug the hole in February of 2017 and the Construction Manager, Paul Karnish was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout. We had a budget to stick to and Tamarah/Matt made it happen. They did such a good job that they actually came in under our expected budget at the end of the project which is unheard of in this business. Tamarah and Matt made it fun when making selections and they both have a fantastic eye for style. They use the BuilderTrend App that is the simplest Web/iOS/Android App to see the Project Calendar and to track selections. Overall, if you build with Sierra Homes, you’re not dealing with multiple, different people who will have to “let me go ask the owner/builder and I will get back to you in a few days/weeks”. You’re dealing with 3 (Matt, Tamarah, or Paul) great communicators who love what they do and it shows. Select Sierra Homes swiftly, you won’t regret that decision.

Here’s a piece of advice: Selecting the right builder is so much more than simply looking at finishing touches, or bottom line price. Paul Karnish, construction manager, will ensure that your home is progressing in accordance with your plans and schedule. Paul’s awareness, pro-activeness, and diligence enabled our home to be completed early and free from defects. There were no instances of the stereotypical “we inadvertently missed this from your plans” moments thanks to Paul’s oversight.
If you pick Sierra Homes, you will not be disappointed, and you will find yourself in a relationship that is destined to thrive. After every meeting, we were left with the feeling of constant reassurance that we made the right decision on who to partner with.
